Pre-Ballet introduces you to dance movement and basic ballet techniques. Ages 2 through 5. Taught in French.
Ballet 1 is a simple study of classical ballet technique and routines. Ages 6 through 9. Taught in French.
Ballet 2 is a continuation of Level I; however, it is taught at a faster pace and with more details. Ages 10 through 18. Taught in French.
Intermediate Ballet focuses on a more formalized study of classical ballet. Based on level. Taught in French.
Adult Ballet is open to all adults. Students may move at their own pace. Taught in French.
Hip Hop is a rhythmic funky street dance in which high energy is used. Ages 2 and up.
Jazz utilizes classical and modern dance techniques with an upbeat expression, using popular, jazz, disco, and Broadway music, using challenging movements. Ages 6 and up.
Haitian Folklore is a rhythmic and cultural dance from Haiti, in which medium and high energy level is used. There is a great use of body expressions and ethnic dance movements, including hips, neck, shoulders. Ages 6 and up.
Ballroom & Latin Dances use social dances from different parts of the world. Cha-Cha, Salsa, Rumba, Merengue, Jive, Waltz, Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz, Disco, Quickstep, Tango, Mambo, Argentine Tango, and more… are offered.
Brazilian Samba uses traditional Brazilian dance movements and techniques in a high energetic fashion. Open to ages 18 years and above.
Senior Citizens Ballet, Ballroom, Jazz, Folklore: Each of these classes is low impact, using beginning level ballet, ballroom, jazz, and folklore technique and routines.
Creative Movement is a class that enables students to make a variety of movements with their bodies, including but not limited to, animals’ movements, objects’ forms and shapes, and dance steps. This class develops motor skills, balance, and curiosity. Open to ages 2 to 5.
Tap is a class designed to challenge your feet movements while you have fun making music with your shoes. Open to ages 6 and up.
Improvisation is a class designed to challenge the student’s imagination and creativity. Dance movements are predominately used in a reflective manner amongst students to convey the effect of “looking at self in the mirror.” Open to ages 6 and up.
Cardio Dance is a combination of jazz and aerobic movements. If you are looking to be fit, while having fun, this is the class for you! Open to the Healthy ones, all ages and levels. This class is designed to help you shed your unwanted calories and curves.
Fitness: Classes in yoga, relaxation, meditation and stretch are offered. Open to all ages.
Modern is a class which combines contemporary dance moves and old techniques from Dunham, Horton,
etc… to produce a blend of peculiar dance expressions.
Zumba is a high-energy class which combines international Latin dance moves with a hip hop flare, keeping your cardio abilities in check. This class will increase your cardiovascular capabilities while you trim down your extra shape. Open to the healthy and bold!
Tinny Tiny Dance Combo: This class combines ballet, hip hop and creative movement to enhance motor skills, social skills and independence. Ages 1-3.
Mummy and Me Classes provides you the opportunity to dance with your mummy and enhance further your bonding with mummy while you both become terrific dancers together. Open to all ages. (Type of dances offered varies from session to session. Classes include: ballet, jazz, hip hop, folklore and modern).
